What we collect
When you voluntarily submit an inquiry or an updates-interest form, we ask for your name, email address, and any additional details you provide. We use this information to reply to you and, when you request it, share advocacy or association updates.
Where submissions go
After this website is published and form detection is enabled, our online forms are processed and stored using Netlify Forms. Access is intended for the association's site administrator(s). We also use a separate professional email inbox hosted by our email provider.
Your choices
Submitting the updates form is optional. You may ask to stop receiving updates, ask what personal contact information we hold, or request deletion of contact details by emailing info@sussexstr.org. Data removal from service-provider backups may follow provider retention schedules.
External links
Our website links to Change.org and government websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Signing the petition occurs on Change.org, not through our website.
Member accounts
The website does not yet provide private member login accounts. The updates form does not create an account or password.
