Keep Wantage Welcoming: Support Tourism, Local Businesses & STR-Friendly Regulations

Wantage residents and supporters deserve a thoughtful conversation about rules affecting vacation homes, neighborhood safety, local tourism, and property owners.

The 2026 Wantage ordinance proposal included restrictions such as a six-acre lot threshold and exclusion of the R-2 zoning district. The Association asks township leaders to consider a more balanced approach. We are not stating here that the proposal's final adoption status has been verified.
